Other Info: My husband and I can't have kids the natural way, so a friend is litterally doing it for us. Her details and stats are above, not ours. IVF is just plain to expensive so the goal here is for her to get pregnant and you never have to see or hear from her or us again.

We do have expectations though:

Basic health screening including a clean std/sti test from both of you.

No family history of any genetic hereditary issues.
