I’m 44, happily married, and have one little boy. My wife’s uterus had to be removed last year, and although it’s been good for her health, we’re wishing we had the ability to have a larger family.
I’m 6’0” or thereabouts, about 220, and according to 23andme my heritage is 100% northern European (English, Danish). Brown eyes with hazel centers, brown hair that bleaches blond (and is about half gone). I have bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering. I write smartphone apps for my day job, and I moonlight as an entrepreneur toward something you might someday see on Shark Tank.
No siblings. My folks are still alive and kicking in their mid-70’s. No known history of cancer or mental illness in my family. I’ve never smoked, avoid drugs and organized religion, and I don’t drink. Oh yeah, I’m fun at parties.
I live in Albuquerque, have a pretty decent house, drive old SUV’s, and have traveled way too much over the past ten years, though traveling to the west coast often comes required with my work.
At present our family has three small dogs and seven chickens, though I miss having a cat and I consider myself a cat person.
I’m quite far from perfect, but I try hard every day to be a good dad.
