I am 26, for some reason the profile- as I see it- says I am 40 even though I have changed my birthdate.
Am looking for an intelligent good looking man who preferably is interested in visiting my child so they have a 'daddy' but once the deed is done will never be disloyal- or I may have to kill you!
Seriously though, I can accept bringing up my child without a dad in their life, they will have their grandad and uncle as male role models. So if you think you might not be able to contribute to their life reliably please say so at the start.
I am gay, and so is my brother, so no homophobia is allowed. I am single at the moment. I do not date light heartedly and certainly wouldnt get married unless they really were right so for all I know I might always be single. I am independent minded though and quite happy this way most of the time.
I have wide ranging interests and am creative. I keep a lot of animals including exotics and want my child/children to grow up learning about nature and being able to handle all my snakes, lizards and have fun with my crazy dog! I would like to home school because I have dreadful memories of being in some of the local schools myself, and know the atmosphere and behaviour of the pupils is a nightmare these days. I want them to be self assured in their individuality and not feel pressured, or lost in a classroom setting they can't speak up in. I want them to have as many opportunities as I can afford such as music lessons, or horse riding- they won't be isolated socially. I am smart and been through a lot, and have always been a good teacher so I am confident this will work out.
I would be happy to work to earn income, but cannot do that at the same time as being the sole parent and teacher. Hopefully I will meet a partner I can share responsibilities with, or perhaps share them with you if you were willing to live in my part of Cornwall. I love where I live so am not prepared to move myself. I have done some freelance writing and it is possible I could work part time if I have the strength though.
I find it very sad if I am honest that I can't have a baby naturally with a woman I love and see their features mirrored in my child. Therefore I would ideally prefer a man who shares some of the traits I admire in women. I prefer darker hair to blonde, and would like someone with blue or green eyes since it is all dark eyes in my family right now and think that would be nice. I like tall people, with slim- average frames. I'd like someone who is a bit of a thinker and a dreamer, but not too nervous or having suffered from mental health difficulties because I am anxious myself. It doesn't matter if you have gained an amazing degree or not as long as you have the brains! You should also have a kind heart, be someone who is responsible and well behaved in society (up to a point- don't think I'm a total square!) and possibly creative- eg have a musical disposition,be good at art/writing.
