Other Info: We are a married heterosexual couple that are looking to start a family. My husband has some infertility issues and is open to using a donor. We have tried several rounds of IUI with frozen sperm with no success. We would like to try with fresh semen either IUI or at home insemination. We have both undergone regular health screening and would like our donor to be willing to submit to a health screening and semen analysis also. Our fertility clinic is in the Tampa area.
