Other Info: Myself and partnerwould like the donor to have NO contact with any children that may come out of any donation , although if the donor would like updates on the child such as photographs etc we are happy to do so, but would'nt be comfortable with the child having full contact with the donor. We would appreciate it if you could let us know if you are comfortable with the child/children knowing donor details if they wish to get in contact when old enough. We had a donor but have been let down at the last minute and we are very upset by this but that as they say is life full of disappointment .
