Other Info: Hi,My partner and I are in a loving, stable, long term relationship. It is our dream to have children one day (3 would be ideal!) from the same donor. We are right at the beginning of this whole process and just testing the waters really, I'm 32 and have a good 3 years in me yet! If unsuccessful in that time with AI we will go for IVF. We would probably want to start trying in a year or so. My wonderful partner is of mixed race (Jamaican/Irish) and we would ideally like a donor to reflect her ethnicity, however we believe finding the right donor could supercede this. We would like our child/ children to know his/ her father and have a relationship but we would definitely want to be the main carers. The father co-parenting, would have to be built on a friendship over time- if that makes sense.As I say we're right at the beginning and looking at all options.
