I'm simply hoping to become a sperm donor for a woman or couple who wish to conceive. As an individual, I am very focused on kindness and social justice, and I have talents for writing, for advocacy and speaking, for art and photography, and a deep love of music. I don't have children of my own, though I have nieces and a nephew I love very much. I'm extremely close to my family, and I admit I love the idea of passing a little of myself and my family on.
I'm a feminist, and I don't just love women, I like women. I'm nice without being one of those entitled "Nice Guys," I'm conscious of the cultural baggage of binary gender roles and norms without giving up on masculinity. I'm supportive, diverting, and egalitarian, and I am committed to things like "consent is sexy" (the more enthusiastic the consent the better!) and the importance of sharing work.
I'm relatively active although I have a huskier build, but I'm healthy and I love cycling and running and I do helpful physical tasks out in the country each weekend for my mother (like splitting and hauling in firewood and cutting the grass). I practice safer sex and get tested for STIs before and after each new partner, and have always tested negative. I don't use drugs beyond recreational drinking and (not so recreational) coffee.
I'm not certain at this point that I would want contact with any children I helped conceive, but I'm interested in discussing the possibilities.
