I believe in sharing what I can and in helping others. :) We are planning on having our own children in the next few years, but both of us have been interested in helping others conceive for several years. This is my first post, as we wanted to make sure we both felt the same way after a lot of consideration.
I'm very positive (cup half-full), few prejudices, and very passionate about life and philosophy. Socially liberal, but fiscally conservative...although that's probably more environmental than genetic. Very motivated and enjoy my work, but also love to relax and enjoy life. I'm very open...happy to share everything about my family history and myself, good and bad. I'm definitely not a geneticist, but through our business I have a reasonable understanding of genetics and heritability.
My only criteria for donation is cooperating with responsible and kind people who are equally or more concerned about the child's experience as with their own.
Write me and we can see if we might be a good match for the benefit of a new little person in the world. My interests are completely platonic. No sex involved, and no money either. Just goodwill. :)
It would be neat to see the child annually or get an e-mail with photos and info about his/her life, but I'm also happy with no contact if the family prefers.
