Known genetic issues: slight astigmatism and slightly far sighted (I can pass driving vision test without glasses), My patrilineal line has a strong tendency toward having boys (paternal grandfather's family 3 boys 1 girl, father's family 2 boys, uncle's family 2 boys 2 girls, my family 2 boys, my brother's family 1 boy). I have a tendency toward basal cell carcinoma. This is not serious, but sun screen and hat is a good idea for children born from me. Hair is fine and slightly wavy. I do not have pattern baldness. My maternal grandfather had diabetes (and lived to 78). Both my parents are alive, healthy, and pushing 80. My paternal grandmother died young of leukemia. No family history of mental illness.
