Other Info: I am 42 , easy going, & live on the Gold Coast. I've never married nor had children mainly due to moving cities frequently and career priorities. However, from now on my main priority in life is to produce children. I would like to do this in an active co-parenting situation or to donate as a 'known donor' ; or maybe do both if it was O.K with a co-parent. Ideally, I would like to produce a dozen children, but a few would do.I envisage that as a 'known donor' I would provide my family history (excellent genetics, absolutely top shelf believe me !!) upon the birth of a child and would be kept up to date with the child's progress, eg a letter & photo every few months. I would also like to have an annual reunion for the parents and children so they could meet each other and form support networks; I'm thinking along the lines of a BBQ at Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast or similar function. This would be particularly beneficial because the children would know their siblings from day one and form strong life-long bonds . In my rosy little world no-one would be on their own and what would soon become an extended family would mean that anyone in this family could (if they wish) pick up the phone at any time and call a few of the other members. Of course this interaction would be totally voluntary, however I imagine most parents would see the benefits & want to take part in such a group.
