Other Info: My Husband and I have been trying for a baby unsuccessfully for over 5 years. We found out 2.5 years ago he has a zero sperm count (azoospermia) and we were devestated and given a very unlikely chance of finding sperm through a tese surgery and together we have finally made the decision to hopefully become parents with the help from a sperm donor. It's important to us that our incredible donor have zero contact with the child if successful. We would also like to compensate for such a wonderful gift.
