Other Info: We are a lesbian couple who are entering into a civil partnership next month (June 2013). I myself currently have 2 children from a previous relationship and we would love to have another to complete our family. Unfortunately, due to heath reasons, my partner is unable to carry children and so it will be myself who will be doing this.
