Other Info: I’m single, full time college student and full time stable job as a nursing assistant, until I can pursue my dream career. I am also a mother to a wonderful seven year old. After having my child I’ve been very careful on who comes into our lives, but I’ve become aware that I do not have a sexual desire for either gender since I’ve had him.

My dream was at one point to be married and have more children, but this all changed after I had him and none of that mattered to me as long as I had him. Now as I am getting older I’ve realized I still want to have more children.

I love my son with all my heart but I know he has been asking me for a brother or sister — a companionship — a connection he wouldn’t have with no one else.

My family is very small already and with him being the only child with no cousins his age really makes birthdays, playtime at limits. Sure he has friends but behind closed doors my son has no one he can play with on a day to day basis like most children his age would with a sibling.

It would also be a adventurous experience for my son and myself of welcoming a new family member into our home and a sibling he can share that special bond with.
