Hello there! Thank you for pausing to learn a bit more about us.
We just recently relocated from the SW to WA and have fallen in love with the beauty of the PNW and the people. As the years have ticked by, our 4 girls have grown into wonderful young ladies and are in the final phases of adolescence. Two are already starting journeys of their own with the other two not far behind. From beauty blogger, to neuroscience, and service to our nation, we are incredibly proud of the little humans we created. And it is this joy and excitement that led us to the realization and desire to help others experience the joy of bringing a life into this world, building a family, and establishing a legacy through the beauty of parenthood.
After a year of research and open discussions regarding the various approaches,
we found the idea of anonymous donation to a medical clinic didn't resonate with us. So, here we are.
A little about us:
We've been together for 14 years and married for 11. In this short bit of time, we raised our four amazing daughters, established businesses, participated in community outreach, donated medical services, advanced our careers, and have maintained our happiness and zest for life through laughter, worldly travels, and culinary delights.
I am lucky to be married to a gorgeous-fiery redhead whose laughter and giggles light up my world. And, fortunate to have her encouragement and support to donate either through AI or NI.
As for me, I'm an average-to-athletic build at 6'4", olive tanned skin thanks to my Portuguese heritage, and hazel eyes that tend to shift from hints of blue to green. I've been called "tall, dark, and delicious" by some of our friends, but I like to think that I'm just...me 😋 I play the piano, tenor sax, and classical guitar. I'm equally happy sleeping out under the stars or presenting at a black tie gala. As for my career, it is comprised of building teams and mentoring future scientists and engineers in the arena of plasma physics, thermodynamics, and electro-optics.
But, in the end, we're so much more than our interests, hobbies, and careers. I think it's my passion for life and learning, willingness to laugh at myself, and having a sweet disposition that are most important. Everything else is simply a result of those traits.
