I’m a healthy, clean-living individual who has always prioritized wellness in every aspect of my life. I’ve never touched alcohol, smoked, or used drugs. My health has always been in excellent standing, and I’m grateful for that. I love the human experience and have a deep appreciation for different cultures, which is why traveling and learning are some of my greatest passions.
As a musician, writer, actor, and performer, I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the world doing what I love. Alongside my creative pursuits, I have a strong passion for interior design and fashion. Though I’m not religious, I consider myself spiritual and make meditation a daily practice. I start each day with a cold plunge and a solid workout, fueling my body only with clean, natural, organic, and non-toxic foods. The same care goes into the products I use on and in my body.
Family means the world to me. I have a close relationship with my father, mother, and brother, and a tight-knit circle of friends who are like my extended family. We cherish our time together, talking about real life, sharing lots of laughter, and supporting each other through everything. I consider myself incredibly fortunate and blessed.
