To the best of my knowledge, there's no history of genetic conditions, cancers, or serious diseases in myself, my parents or my grandparents.
I expect both the mother and her partner
- to be 100% honest, committed, and serious
- have some pictures and basic info about themselves
- to be healthy, disease and drug free, and able to provide recent medical results (STD, etc)
- to be ready and able to raise the child, which at the very least means showing that you're excited to become a loving parent and having a decent job with sufficient income to support your children
- to cover any and all expenses in advance, including medical, legal, travel or otherwise both for myself and on your part.
