Thank you for taking the time to read through the following. I am a single 31 year old lesbian residing in Perth, Western Australia.

For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to be a mother. In my early 20s I played a huge role in the upbringing of my niece, whom I love unconditionally and have always cared for her like she is my own.
My own Mother is an incredible role model and my daily inspiration on my journey to parenthood. The wisdom that she shares and ongoing support I receive from her and my step father never goes by unnoticed.

I left my partner of 8 years in 2012. Our relationship was on two different levels, she did not share the same views on our future in regards to starting family. I could not continue to put off my dream of being a mother any longer.

So here I am, a year later... Surrounded by copious amounts of support by family and friends looking for a sperm donor so I can turn this story into a reality.
