Other Info: Hello, my name is Jess and I would like to start by thanking you for taking the time to read this. I am looking for a donor to help me conceive. I am in a committed relationship, but unfortunately my partner has some genetic medical issues that hinder him in reproducing, and that he does not want to take a chance in passing on the genes to a child.
