I'm Josh, a 21 year old college student in my genetic prime. I work out on a regular basis every day whether it's at the gym doing upper body routines or at home doing ab exercises. I consume a very balanced diet of whole grains, lean meats, vegetables (leeks are my favorite), pineapples and bananas, peanut butter, a fish oil and plenty of water.
