Other Info: I am a professor/researcher of molecular biology and my partner of 6 yrs and I own and run several small businesses. I am the proud stepfather for my partners children that are over 17 yrs of age, from another marriage. All of them have left the nest and/or have moved on to university. We have never had our own children together and she is unable to have a child now. We would love to find a co-parenting dynamic between us and another individual or couple that would be willing to co-parent with us. We are very loving and excited to have a child in our life that could benefit from a large extended family. Or for us to just be on the sidelines cheering a child on that was the result of our donation. We also realize there are many people that want children and he is happy and very willing to help out as a donor. Given that some people are couples and want their own child with no coparenting we are also inclined to agree to those that want to have limited contact between us and their child so they can grow up knowing their biological donor but not have us infringe on parenting. This would be seen as a plus for us if we at least had some minimal contact. I have successfully donated to one couple.
