I'm open to shipping which is very straightforward but can run several hundred dollars. The recipient would need to cover this cost.
Recipients need to be in a financially and socially stable position. The decision whether to allow any post conception contact is completely up to the recipient. I'd appreciate some type of periodic updates like photos and am open to more interaction with offspring if that is desired.
My understanding of the legal issues is that unless a contract is signed by both parties in a small number of states, or parental rights are relinquished in court, for example as part of a recipient partner adoption, I would be at risk of child support claims and the recipient would be at risk of me retaining parental rights. So let's discuss this up front so we have an agreement on a plan.
