I do not drink alcohol, do not smoke or use drugs and never have. I am a very humble person, clean , diseases free, healthy, life span in my family is around 88 years old, no baldness in my family line, twins in my family line( my mom made 2 sets of twins, my grand-mother had 1 set of twins and my great-grand-mother was a twin).
