Other Info: My biggest desire is to create a family. I have always focused on my education/career and now I’d like to switch gears. Currently I’m a PhD student in anthropology, with just my dissertation left to go. I love to sew, swim, write poetry, and foster cats (obviously will stop once I’m pregnant). I have a lot of love to give and becoming a mother is absolutely magical.
I’m a lesbian so I’m not looking for any romantic attachment. For the right person I would consider coparenting, but for now, I’m leaning more towards searching for a donor.
Ideally, I’d find a gay man or couple to have 1-4 children with. I will take my time getting to know this person(s), and I have no issue with background checks, health screenings, etc. And I expect you to do the same. In addition, meeting with a lawyer and drawing up a contract is a must.
I’m Dominican so I hope to raise my child bilingual in Spanish and English (as well as the native language of the CoParents/donor). I would love to raise my child with aspects of both of our cultures, as well.
