Other Info: I am a 32 year old female wanting either a coparent situation or sperm donor. If a sperm donor I would want as a minimum for you to be open about accepting contact from the child as I feel it’s important for children to know where they come from. Happy for minimal, moderate or an active role in the child’s life whether that be an update a few times a year or regular visitation. I would like all health screen tests done and the willingness for the donor to sign legal documents regarding the child and the rights to them regardless of contact.

I am a fair and reasonable girl and I have always wanted to be a mother and I would respect your right/want to be able to know the child and be actively involved if that’s what you would choose but for your own protection and the child’s I feel everything has to be done fairly.
