Other Info: I had a baby daughter but she passed away at six months due to having a genetic disorder that she inherited from myself and my ex-partner. We are both carriers of the mutation. We tried again last year but sadly we lost the pregnancy as the foetus with affected with the same mutation. This out lots of strain on the relationship and we recently separated.

It is very unlikely that I will meet another man who carries this mutation but I would require the donor to be screened to check for this.
