Other Info: Hello my main reason of wanting to be a donor is I used to have sex with multiple women before my girlfriend got pregnant then I started being faithful to her within my sons first year of being born I received 7 letters from dhr saying I was deemed the potential father of this womans baby that one's baby n dna swab confirmed every one my sister in law tried conceiving for years then she was diagnosed with uterine cancer having part y her uterus removed and ovarian cyst her doctor said she could not ever conceive well she knew all about my letters from human resources and come to me wanting my sperm she couldn't afford artificial insemination and no fertility pill worked i had her showing her positive pregnancy test of to everyone within 2 months
