Just so you know so fair I have helped 4 people and had 3 girls and 1 boy the quickest was 2nd try and longest was 2 and a half years sadly she only had one tube so it was a lot harder for her to get pregnant sadly if I commit to help someone I don’t quit until pregnancy happens so far I have help straight, bi, lesbian still need to help a transgender person. Single, in relationships, engaged, married Still need to help a divorce and widow as well but then I have helped a transgender person and divorced and widow then I can honestly say I have helped everyone no matter what sexuality orientation or relationship status

I can’t say for other NI donors but When I help someone I try and make it as stress free and relaxed as I can first meet up and get to know the person to point we are both happy then get confident being naked I front of each other then just let whatever happens happen that way there is no pressure but after I have done what I need to do I then tend to do what I call after care when I pull out I will wipe up any leakage in other words treat the person with respect and care make them a cuppa and so on as respect and manners cost nothing to do
