Other Info: We are a 29 and 32 year old couple looking for a sperm donor. I work as nurse and my husband is in the Navy. We have fraternal twin girls (ages 4 and 3) and two adorable Pittbulls. After our second set of twins were born, my husband was diagnosed with testicular cancer and though he is now cancer free (yay!), he is sterile. We are looking for a donor who is willing to sign a legal donor contract and have a health screening. We would also like the donor to send childhood photo & fill out a family health history form. We are looking for a donor who is not interested in contact with the child, but we are willing to talk via-email and send photos of the child. We would like two more children, preferably from the same father, and are looking for a donor who is willing to donate on more than one occasion (unless we conceive twins again!). We are looking for a donor who resembles my husband, so preferably someone who has hazel or green eyes, black hair, olive skintone (he is Cuban & Brazilian) and is around 6'4.
