Other Info:
I'm a settled, sociable, happy man who really wants to be a dad or donate to help others conceive.
I'm completely open to discuss various co-parenting or donating arrangements, ranging from straight donation to full contact and parenting and financial sharing.
My wife is not able to have children, but we love kids. I helped raise my much younger sister, and now really enjoy being an uncle to her two boys. It would be great to share parenting with a child of my own.
I'm healthy and athletic, and play competitive soccer in the summer and curling in the winter. My wife and I also spend a fair amount of time up north at the family cottage, canoeing, and enjoying the wildlife.
My wife and I laugh every day. She's a fantastic person who makes my life easy, and my nephews love her to pieces. She's one of the kindest and most easy going people I've ever met.
In professional life, I trained and worked as a biologist and scientific communicator. But now I work full time as a wildlife photographer and writer. I'm also an advisor and Ambassador for a human rights foundation based in the United States.
For those interested in the nitty gritty stuff, no heritable illness runs in our family that I've ever heard of.
During our own attempts at repro, my sperm was tested and all was normal as to motility, sperm count, and fragmentation.
My IQ is 185, so I was a little child prodigy (which had its pros and cons, but I was a happy kid thanks to having amazing parents). So beware - if I'm the dad, you might get a smart-alec kid who asks awkward questions. But they'll probably make you laugh too.
On a more human note, I love life and I love the many great people in it.
I now have an amazing little girl as a result of a co-parenting effort with two great mums.
I'm still open to the possibility of helping someone else have that joy, though my one little girl is probably it for me on the parenting front.
If you contact me via this site and don't get a reply, please accept my apologies — I don't check the site often and notification systems aren't perfect.
Good luck in your search!
